Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Leeporic LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates the Omniscrape API and the website at omniscrape.dev(collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Omniscrape provides an HTTP API and supporting tools that retrieve publicly available data from third-party platforms (such as Threads, Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others) and return it as structured JSON. The Service does not store or index scraped content long-term and does not provide access to private accounts, login-walled material, or any data that would require credentials we do not own.

3. Accounts & API Keys

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. All usage that originates from your keys is attributed to your account and billed accordingly.
• You must notify us promptly at kevin2005ha@gmail.com if you suspect a key has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or the terms of any third-party platform whose data is being retrieved.
• Collect personal data for surveillance, harassment, doxxing, unsolicited marketing, or any unlawful profiling.
• Resell raw API responses as a competing scraping product without a written commercial agreement.
• Probe, scan, overload, or otherwise interfere with the availability or integrity of the Service.
• Reverse engineer the Service except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe, in good faith, are violating these rules.

5. Plans, Credits & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly recurring basis. Plan tiers, included credits, and overage rates are listed at omniscrape.dev/pricing.
• Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless your plan explicitly says so.
• Overage usage above your included credits is billed at the rate shown on your plan.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its source code, design, and documentation, is owned by Leeporic LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. We make no claim to the underlying content returned by the API; that content remains the property of its respective owners and platforms.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Omniscrape is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the platforms it queries. Use of data retrieved through the Service must comply with the applicable third-party platform's terms of service and any relevant law in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for how you use the data.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Leeporic LLC disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific endpoint will remain available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leeporic LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leeporic LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms or if continued service would expose us or other users to legal or operational risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but the sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
